Custom Sticker Design for Your Kansas City Event

Send us a Pinterest board, a logo file, a photo of your dog, or a vague idea written on the back of a napkin. We sketch, you approve, we vend it at your wedding, corporate event, or birthday party.

Custom design is the part of working with The Vend Vault that most clients are pleasantly surprised by. We are not a stock-photo machine. Every package, from Bronze to Diamond, includes one to several fully custom designs drawn for your event by Ali (a CPA by day, a relentless illustrator by night). The result is stickers and temporary tattoos that look like nobody else’s wedding favors, because they are not.

1 · You send us inspiration. After you book, we send a quick design questionnaire. Send us reference images, your wedding palette, brand assets, photos of the dog, the inside joke, the song lyric, the venue silhouette. Pinterest boards are gold. So are scribbled notes and blurry phone photos.

2 · We sketch concepts. Within a week or two of receiving your inspiration, we come back with first-draft sketches. Usually two or three concepts per design slot. Some are tight to your reference, some are creative interpretations.

3 · Revisions until it is right. Most events go through one or two revision rounds before approval. Diamond Vault Package events get unlimited revisions; Bronze and Gold get a comfortable allowance. The point of working with us is that the favors look exactly right, not just close enough.

4 · Final approval and print. When you approve the proofs, we print. Premium vinyl for stickers, FDA-compliant transfer paper for temporary tattoos. Hand-cut and machine-loaded into the four columns of the Vend Vault, ready for event day.

What We Can Draw

  • Wedding monograms and date marks in any typography style. Modern script, vintage serif, art deco, retro tattoo.
  • Pet portraits in line-art, cartoon, or full-color illustration. The dog drinking a martini is a recurring favorite.
  • Cartoon couple caricatures from a photo. Wedding-day couple, the parents, the bachelorette crew.
  • KC skylines, venue silhouettes, neighborhood landmarks. Custom-drawn for your wedding location.
  • Brand logos, taglines, and product illustrations for corporate events. Send us your style guide and we will match it exactly.

Timeline and File Types

We need at least 4 to 6 weeks of design lead time before your event date. That covers the questionnaire, sketches, revisions, approval, and print. Corporate events with logo files ready can sometimes move faster (3 to 4 weeks). For inspiration, no specific format required: JPGs, PNGs, screenshots, Pinterest links, Instagram screenshots, even hand-drawn napkin sketches all work fine. For brand work, send us your logo in vector format (SVG, AI, EPS) if you have it; PNG with transparent background is fine if you do not.
