From your first message to the moment the last sticker drops at your Kansas City event. Five steps, four to six weeks, zero stress.

A vintage vending machine on your event floor sounds complicated. It is not. Here is exactly what happens between the day you reach out and the day your guests start lining up.

Every event gets full design coordination, hand-cut stickers or temporary tattoos, and machine-loading by us. You get the favors. We handle the rest.

Custom from start to finish. Wedding monograms, pet portraits, KC skylines, brand logos. We sketch, you review, we revise until the designs feel exactly right.

50-mile delivery, no surprises. Free local delivery anywhere in the Kansas City metro within 50 miles of our Overland Park base. No hidden travel fees inside that radius.

Self-serve and stress-free. Drop-and-go setup, full quarter bowl included. The machine is the show. Your guests handle the rest.

How It Works in 5 Steps

  • 1 · The inquiry. Send us your event date, location, expected guest count, and a sentence or two about the vibe. We respond within 1 to 2 business days with package recommendations and availability. The earlier the better, especially for Saturday weddings between April and October.
  • 2 · Design consultation. Once you book, we get into the design conversation. Send us reference images, color preferences, and any inside jokes you want immortalized. We sketch, you review, we revise. Most events do 1 to 3 fully custom designs plus 2 to 3 picks from our pre-made Vault Collection.
  • 3 · Production. After you approve the proofs, we print. Premium vinyl for stickers, FDA-compliant transfer paper for temporary tattoos. Every favor is hand-cut and machine-loaded into the four columns of the Vend Vault. We need at least 4 to 6 weeks lead time; rush orders are case-by-case.
  • 4 · Delivery and setup. On event day, we deliver and stage the machine. Standard delivery covers the full Kansas City metro within 50 miles of our Overland Park base. We arrive early enough that the machine is loaded and ready when guests start to arrive. We leave a quarter bowl. The machine itself is the show.
  • 5 · Event day and pickup. Guests walk up, grab a quarter from the bowl, slide it in, pull the lever, watch the sticker drop. The machine self-serves the entire rental window (2 hours for Bronze, 3 for Gold, 5 for Diamond). When time is up, we return, pack up, and roll out. You keep the leftover stickers.

How Early Should You Book?

Weddings book 3 to 6 months out, especially Saturdays in peak season (April through October). Corporate events and brand activations need 6 to 8 weeks for full custom design work, faster if you have brand assets ready to go. Birthday parties and showers fit comfortably in 4 to 6 weeks. For rush events or last-minute Saturdays, reach out anyway: we will tell you honestly if we can hit your date. Peak-season Saturdays in May, June, September, and October book farthest in advance.
