The Vend Vault is a one-of-a-kind vintage sticker vending machine built for Kansas City events. Whether you are planning a Friday night wedding in Leawood, a Saturday baby shower in Lee’s Summit, or a Tuesday brand activation in the Crossroads, our three packages give you a clear way to size the experience to your guest count and event window.

Every rental includes setup, full design coordination, and on-time delivery anywhere within 50 miles of Kansas City. No hidden travel fees inside that radius. No surprise charges. You pick the package that fits, we build the stickers, and you get a moment your guests will actually remember.

Custom design coordination. One-on-one design conversations until your stickers feel exactly right. Pet portraits, wedding logos, KC skylines, brand marks, all welcome.

Local delivery and setup. We handle the load-in, setup, and pickup. You handle the celebrating. Standard service area covers the full Kansas City metro within 50 miles.

Token bowl included. Guests punch a token, push the lever, see the surprise. We supply the tokens so nobody fumbles for change.

Add-Ons and Customization

Most events fit clean inside one of the three packages above, but a few extras are available a la carte: extended travel beyond the 50-mile radius (small fee, common for Lawrence, St. Joseph, or Topeka events), an on-site attendant to monitor the machine and chat with guests, additional sticker count in 40-piece increments, and multi-event weekend rates for couples doing rehearsal plus wedding plus brunch.
