Privacy Policy

Effective Date: May 9, 2026

The Vend Vault (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates vendvaultkc.com (the “Site”). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site or contacting us, you agree to the practices described here.

Who We Are

The Vend Vault is a sticker vending machine rental business based in Overland Park, Kansas. We serve events across the Kansas City metro. You can reach us at [email protected].

Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you submit our contact or booking form, we collect your name, email address, event date, event type, and any details you choose to share. If you email us directly, we keep the contents of that email and your reply address.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our analytics providers collect standard log information: IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed, referring site, and timestamps. We use Google Analytics 4 and cookies to understand how visitors use the Site. We also use Google Search Console, which reports how the Site appears in Google Search results (search queries, impressions, and clicks).

Reviews and embedded content. Our reviews module pulls public reviews from third-party platforms such as Google. Pages with embedded videos, maps, or social posts may set cookies from those services.

Payment information. We do not collect or process payment information through the Site. Booking deposits and payments are arranged separately after we confirm your event details.

How We Use Information

  • Respond to inquiries and prepare quotes
  • Coordinate event details, custom designs, delivery, and setup
  • Send booking confirmations, proofs, and event-day logistics
  • Maintain and improve the Site
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or abuse

We do not sell your personal information.

Who We Share It With

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the business:

  • Web hosting for the Site
  • Brevo for sending transactional and marketing emails (booking confirmations, proofs, replies, and any opt-in updates)
  • Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console for understanding Site traffic and search performance
  • Form submission handlers that route inquiries to our inbox

These providers are bound to use the information only for the services they provide to us. We may also disclose information when required by law.

Cookies and Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand traffic patterns. GA4 sets cookies that record your interaction with the Site. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies in settings; some Site features may not work correctly without them.

Your Choices and Rights

You can:

  • Email [email protected] to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you
  • Ask us to stop using your information for marketing communications at any time
  • Withdraw consent for cookies through your browser settings

Data Retention

We keep inquiry and booking information for as long as needed to serve you, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has submitted information through the Site, please email us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our business changes. We will post any updates on this page and revise the effective date above.
